For me, that moment came with Arise & Shine Transporters — a logistics platform designed to manage sand and aggregate delivery operations in East Africa. Before this tool, the business owner had no way of tracking trucks, calculating costs, or knowing whether a delivery was profitable. Now, the app confirms a route, the GPS tracks the truck, and the delivery is made. That's the win — not just a line of code, but a real outcome that changes how work gets done.
The journey to that first delivery was anything but smooth. The business owner had relied on phone calls, paper records, and gut feelings.
